for all patients being treated with Biogen® products
Regional Support Nurse
We will connect you with a Regional Support Nurse, your single point of contact to:
- Receive personalized 1-to-1 support
- Help you better understand your condition and how your treatment works
- Help you navigate reimbursement and identify potential cost assistance
- Access monitoring and appointment reminders*
- Provide updates and feedback to your doctor about your progress
- Coordinate home delivery of your medication

Your Regional Support Nurse will help you identify and access any available financial benefit programs to reduce treatment cost in Canada

Your Regional Support Nurse works with a Reimbursement Specialist to help you with paperwork and navigate all possible coverage options through public and/or private payors

Biogen ONETM will work to obtain the best possible cost and insurance coverage that is available to you
Some patients may prefer the original Biogen® brand medications over generic alternatives. Biogen ONETM can often help patients get Biogen® brand products for a price similar to generics.
If you prefer the original brand medication that you know and trust, be sure to discuss the available financial benefit programs with your doctor and Regional Support Nurse.

Your Regional Support Nurse can coordinate convenient home delivery of your medication through the Biogen ONETM Specialty Pharmacy

Note: If you choose instead to get your medication from your local pharmacy, ensure that the pharmacist is aware that you prefer the name-brand Biogen® product, and that they should apply the available financial benefit to ensure your product costs are as low as possible.

How do I get started with Biogen ONETM?

Your doctor’s office will submit your enrolment forms when initiating treatment with one of the Biogen® products listed above

A Regional Support Nurse will call you
- As your single point of contact, you will receive a phone call from your Regional Support Nurse to welcome you to the program
- Your Regional Support Nurse will collect your information and answer any questions you may have about starting therapy

Ongoing care from your Regional Support Nurse remains available while you are part of the program
- 1-on-1 support over the phone whenever you need it
- Your Regional Support Nurse will update your doctor or clinic regarding treatment-related issues
- Your Regional Support Nurse will remind you to make appointments and will help ensure you have the paperwork necessary for follow-up appointments
