REIMBURSEMENT NAVIGATION

Your Biogen ONE Reimbursement Case Manager will help you explore insurance coverage and coordinate required documentation for your BYOOVIZ treatment. Other reimbursement options may be available through the Program to minimize your out-of-pocket costs.

PATIENT RESOURCES

Each patient enrolled in Biogen ONE for BYOOVIZ will receive a Welcome Call and Welcome Kit containing information about Biogen ONE and resources to support your journey with BYOOVIZ.

Biogen ONE Support Program is a no-charge support service available for patients being treated with Biogen products.

How do I get started with Biogen ONE?

Your doctor will enrol you.

Your doctor’s office will submit your Biogen ONE enrolment form when initiating treatment with BYOOVIZ.

You will receive a welcome call and kit

Within one business day of enrolling, you will receive a Welcome Call from your Case Manager explaining the
services offered, and reimbursement navigation will start. You will also receive a Welcome Package.

Ongoing Case Manager support remains available while you are part of the program

Your Case Manager is available for 1-on-1 support over the phone at 1-800-398-5552
or via email at info@BiogenONEprogram.ca from Monday to Friday,
8 am – 8 pm, EST
(excluding holidays).
